中原大化帮扶点范县辛庄镇盆窑村地处黄河滩区，受近期大范围持续强降雨影响，防汛形势十分严峻，10月15日，中原大化公司组织帮扶责任人冒雨到驻村进行帮扶走访，并到黄河大堤为参加防汛的村民、干部党员送去方便面、纯净水、雨鞋、雨衣等防汛物资，帮助村民安全度过汛期。
